NADMO SUPPORTS RECOVERY EFFORTS IN HELICOPTER CRASH INCIDENT
Following the unfortunate helicopter crash that befell the nation on 8th August, 2025 in the Adansi Akrofuom District, the Adansi South Directorate of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) responded promptly to support emergency operations.
Through swift coordination and teamwork, the Acting District Director together with his team joined the rescue and recovery efforts at the scene. The team successfully assisted in the recovery of one of the victims from the crash site.
The operation demonstrated the readiness and commitment of NADMO personnel in responding to emergencies and supporting national efforts during disaster situations.
The Directorate extends its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and all those affected by the tragic incident.
NADMO remains committed to strengthening its response capacity to effectively manage emergencies and protect lives and property within the district and beyond.
