    Records – In a District Assembly like the Adansi South District Assembly, the Central Administration Department (Records Unit) plays a critical support role.     LogisticsIn the Adansi South District Assembly, the Logistics Unit (under the Central Administration Department) is responsible for the provision, distribution, and management of materials, equipment, and transport needed for daily operations.
    Procurement – In the Adansi South District Assembly, the Procurement Unit (under the Central Administration Department) is responsible for ensuring that goods, works, and services are acquired in a transparent, cost-effective, and lawful manner in line with Ghana’s Public Procurement Act.
    Administration – In the Adansi South District Assembly, the Administration Unit (under the Central Administration Department) serves as the coordinating hub of all administrative activities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Assembly.

    MIS – In the Adansi South District Assembly, the MIS Unit (Management Information System Unit) under the Central Administration Department is responsible for managing information, technology systems, and digital data to support decision-making and efficient administration.
    Security – In the Adansi South District Assembly, the Security Unit under the Central Administration Department is responsible for protecting lives, staff, visitors, and Assembly property to ensure a safe working environment.
