PCU CONDUCTS FIELD MONITORING EXERCISE AT BEPOASE COMMUNITY
The Planning Coordinating Unit (PCU) of the Adansi South District Assembly has undertaken a field monitoring exercise at the Bepoase community as part of its mandate to track the implementation of development projects within the district.
The monitoring exercise was aimed at assessing ongoing and completed development activities to ensure value for money and compliance with approved project specifications. The team also engaged community members to gather feedback on the impact of development interventions in the area.
During the visit, the PCU inspected selected projects and evaluated their level of progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines. The exercise also provided an opportunity to identify challenges affecting project execution for appropriate action by the Assembly.
