ADANSI SOUTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY INSPECTS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION OF 6-UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK AT AYAA MANKATA (ONGOING)

AYAA MANKATA, GHANA — The Adansi South District Assembly has carried out an official monitoring and evaluation visit to review the ongoing construction of a 1-No. 6-Unit Classroom Block equipped with ancillary facilities at Ayaa Mankata.

The site inspection forms part of the Assembly’s routine project management oversight to track structural progress, maintain strict quality control standards, and ensure timely execution of essential educational infrastructure across the district.

Key Project Details & Scope

  • Facility Specifications: A modern 6-unit classroom block featuring a headteacher’s office, staff common room, secure store room, and modern toilet and sanitation facilities.

  • Current Status: Construction is actively ongoing, with civil works and masonry progressing steadily through planned development phases.

  • Community Impact: Built to significantly expand educational capacity, eliminate double-shift or congested learning conditions, and provide pupils in Ayaa Mankata and surrounding communities with a conducive educational environment.
