As a result of the heavy downpour that hit New Edubiase and its environs on Sunday 20th March, 2022, the New Edubiase R/C JHS and a Sawmill at Amudurase were ripped off by the heavy rainstorm. The total affected people by the destruction is 230 with a total estimated cost Gh₵17,000.
